We have maintained non-stick surface's egg test, milk test, salt test, sugar test, band tests by the supports of our full equipped quality control laboratory in order to determine raw aluminium flake's quality before processing by our quality control laboratory departments, to provide quality control passing of pressed product from the alkali wash unit which its concentration is arranged during the press process and to provide measurement of surface roughness with the last technology device after sanding during the sanding process, to provide measurement of non-stick surface's paint thickness with the last technology device. Many new product design have been tested by being made in RE-DE department as different countries appeal to cuisine cultures worldwide.
Non rusting steel that We use is tested with XL2 Analyzer device which base on European Standards by our quality control department. Products are to be purged from production taints by products are tested by eyes , by passing from hot and cold washing tunnels on the each process of production. Measurements of opening are made by laser machines. They are tested such as base durability test, handle durability test by getting product from each serial. Food security which are included in our pots are guaranteed by LFGB food suitability tests.
